Unable To Adjust Size Of Prompt/Look Up Window
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to resize the modal window
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Open any page with a field that has a prompt button or open any search page
User clicks on the prompt button.
A prompt window is displayed.
The window size cannot be increased by dragging the bottom left corner of it.
The window can be decreased though.
If the prompt window is decreased to a very small size that makes it unusable then it can be increased after that but generally only in the horizontal direction but not in both vertical and horizontal directions.
