E-NV: nVision process errors with "Process request shows status of INITIATED or PROCESSING but no longer running” (Doc ID 2542763.1)

When running nVision's via Process Scheduler, the process end's with the following error message shown either in the trace files or the message log:

"Process request shows status of initiated or processing but no longer running”
