Invalid datetime value retrieving last indexed date for Contracts and Vouchers

Since upgrading to PeopleTools 8.57.04, an "Invalid datetime" error in two places relating to looking up the last indexed date. Shouldn't these types of datetime fields be wrapped in ÚteTimeOut?

** DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT **
First is when searching for a document under Document Management > Create Contracts and Documents. IF you set the "Source Transaction" to "Purchasing Contracts" with Setid=Share and press the search button. You get a datetime error that comes from here:

AppPackage PT_SEARCH:SearchCategory in method GetLastIndexedDateTime()

The failing statement is this:
SQLExec("SELECT MIN(B.PTSF_NEXTEXEC_DTTM) FROM PSPTSF_SRCCATAT A, PS_PTSF_SCHED_STAT B WHERE A.PTSF_SBO_NAME=B.PTSF_SBO_NAME AND A.PTSF_SRCCAT_NAME=:1 and PTSF_SRCH_ENG_INS=:2", %This.Name, %This.ServiceName, &indexed_dttm);

If you wrap the date with ÚteTimeOut like the following, then it works:
SELECT MIN(ÚteTimeOut(B.PTSF_NEXTEXEC_DTTM)) ...

** VOUCHERS **
The same type of problem in found in VOUCHERS. Under Add/Update Vouchers, opening older voucher returns "Invalid datetime value. (180, 141)." Appears to be intermittent. Find list of vouchers and selecting first time sometimes produces error. (The intermittent nature might be because it doesn't fail when the datetime is null or something.) See attached "Vouchers error.png", "Voucher Not Working.trc", and "Voucher Working.trc".
