Symptoms
STP: Validation error issues of 'tns:LumpSumAA' while running STP File generation process.
STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login as admin, navigate to STP Update Event AUS page.
2) Add a new row and update the LumpSum A values, save the changes.
3) Run the STP File Generation process for the Update Event file.
4) Check for the validation log.
ERROR MESSAGE
----------------------------
Invalid content was found starting with element 'tns:LumpSumAA'. One of '{"http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevntemp":LumpSumAC}' is expected.
