Goal
In I-9 Form, Why the 'N/A' value in the Employee's Telephone Number phone field errors out , when the help text says
"Providing your telephone number is optional on Form I-9, but this field cannot be left blank. Enter only numbers of your 9- or 10-digit telephone number. Enter N/A if you do not enter your telephone number."
