Secured Home Data Getting Displayed on the ITHD SS and HRHD SS Case Contact Selection (Doc ID 2543069.1)

On :  9.2 version, Case Component

Secured Worker Data (Contact Information with type Home such as Phone,
Address and Email) are getting displayed for self service users without
secured data access when creating ITHD_SS (IT Help Desk Self Service
and_HRHD_SS (HR HelpDesk Self Service) Case Contact Selection.

Secured information of other contacts should not display while in case creation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service -->  HR Service Center--> Create Case
2. Click on Change Contact--> Select a contact with Home data marked as Primary and Secured.
3. Displays Secured information that is identified as Primary and it should not
4. Click on Change Contact hyperlink and search for Cassandra J
5. Select the first one Cassandra entry
6. It displays the Primary information and it is not secured data  --> this is ok.
7. Navigate to Employee Self Service > ITHD Self Service Center > Create Case
8. Click on Edit Contact Details and Select Contact hyperlink - search contact used in Step # 2
9. Displays primary info that is considered secured home data and it should not

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot handle security of personal information for contacts.
