E-SEC : Getting 403 error at log in with a password containg ( ! ,@ and #) on a AWS hosted environment (Doc ID 2543718.1)

Symptoms


when a password is created with the following two special characters !(bang) and @(at) --which must be next to each other....  At log in the user sees a 403 error on browser

Examples of password generating the error :

Password1!@#
P!@ssw#rd1
Pa!@ssword1#
-----------------------

 

End users are getting  a  403 Forbidden - Access Denied error .  This only occurs on an environment hosted on AWS
