Based on the SFP_Data_Mapped_to_CS_2019-03-08 attached to Doc ID 2514682.1, information to generate the SAFI event is coming primarily from SR Tables (ACAD_PROG, ACAD_PLAN, STDNT_CAR_TERM, etc.). That mapping/logic works for students who are Matriculated. However, there are many cases were a student has only been Admitted and not matriculated, and Financial Aid needs to create a budget and award a student which required a SAFI for the student. If a student has not been Matriculated in CS, the ACAD_PROG and ACAD_PLAN tables have not been populated. All the student's Career, Program, Plan, etc. data is stored in Admissions Tables (ADM_APPL_PROG, ADM_APPL_DAT).

A student can be admitted in February, but not matriculated until June. Based on the current mapping for the SAFI, how would a school generate a SAFI for student that has been admitted, but not Matriculated?
