ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While adding a custom forecasting message, you`ll notice that the
tag shows up in the message returned after forecasting.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

This tag should not be visible in the message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add custom forecast message in absence take
2. Forecast absence
