Symptoms
W-2 Consent fails with error referring to invalid email address on file, when the address is valid.
The Error states: “You have have an invalid email address on file.”
STEPS to REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Self Service, Navigate to Employee Self Service > W2 Consent
2. Enter the consent status, click Submit
3. See error “You have have an invalid email address on file.”
