EMM: Cannot Close Charge Back Work Order Task

When we attempt to set chargeback task status to Closed via Work Order page or Work Order Workbench, the following error is generated:
'Chargeback organization information for this task has been entered in both Work Order and Projects. Remove chargeback information from the Work Order'.
It is impossible to manually remove chargeback information from every task that needs to be closed. In order to update task or work order that has a chargeback on it, does the chargeback information need to be deleted from the work order and the project? Please provide detailed steps and screenshot how exactly this is to be done.
