Missing <p1:TotalForm1095CALEMemberCnt> From 1094-C Correction Transmittal

Goal
When we originally reported ACA for this year to the IRS we had left off an employee. Then we followed the steps provided by Doc ID 2146108.1 and were able to generate the missing 1095-C as well as the corrected 1094-C. The problem is when reviewing the corrected 1094-C, we did not see a data line for line 20, like we did for our original authoritative submission.
Is there any way to force that line to be present on an authoritative 1094-C correction transmittal via the PeopleSoft ACA process?
