Symptoms

On CRM9.2 PI # 15 / PeopleTools 8.56.10

When accessing HelpDeskAgent Dashboard and clicking one of the cases, the application server crashes with the following error:


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1) Login to CRM and Enter VP1/VP1 and click Signin

2) Click on the Drop down HR Service Manger

3) And click on HelpDesk Agent

4) Click on HelpDesk Agent Dashboard

5) Click on Priority

6) Click on Return

7) It will spin for a 30 – 40 seconds and this will crash the app server.
