On : 8.56 version, Install and Packaging

ISSUE
-------
Multi-language .db files not unzipped TO THE PS_APP_HOME/data folder when deploying the Interactive HUB 9.1 PS_APP_HOME via DPK.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the DPK script to deploy a PS_APP_HOME.
2. Select ML support in the DPK prompts.
3. Continue with defaults.
4. PS_APP_HOME is deployed without the ML .db files in the PS_APP_HOME/data folder.
