Symptoms

AICC-HACP External Content Failing when Launched with Error Message:  "processBrowscapV2 Failed processing Browscap file. as it could be missing. Please contact your system adminstrator. User agent: null"



ERROR

Error in PIA logs:

    "processBrowscapV2 Failed processing Browscap file. as it could be missing. Please contact your system adminstrator. User agent: null"





Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as a Learner and launch AICC content that is hosted on a Vendor's external server.
2. Received an message LMS's response to GetParm: Unable to parce aicc_data. Contact Technical Support.
"processBrowscapV2 Failed processing Browscap file. as it could be missing. Please contact your system adminstrator. User agent: null"
