E-AS: Siteminder Failing to Authenticate after Server Bounce (Doc ID 2546439.1)

Symptoms

When server is bounced after migration, the siteminder is failing when trying to authenticate.

The issue was reproduced with the following steps:

1. The server gets bounced from psadmin after a migration.
2. The variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH gets reset.
3. Siteminder does not find LD_LIBRARY_PATH and fails with authentication error.
