ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to grant fluid self service component to custom permission list

trying to added Enter Time to a custom permission list. The link is inside the folder Timesheet inside the Time tile. The Time tile is in the Employee self service homepage.

I have the menu TL_EMPLOYEE_FL added to our PL and select the TL_ENTER_TIME_FLU.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Within Structure and content I've:
1) verified security on the folder under portal objects--> navigation collections --> Time, edit Timesheet and switch to security tab.
2) verified security on the link under portal objects -->navigation collections -->time-->timesheet, edit Enter Time, and switch to security tab.
3) verified security on the cref under self service --> HR Fluid Components, edit Enter Time, and switch to security tab.
4) verified security on the cref under Fluid Structure Content --> Fluid Pages--> Employee Self Service, edit Time(seq 600), and switch to security tab.

I have been able to setup access to request absence and cancel absence which are also inside the time tile, so I believe the tile and homepage security are fine.

HCCPTLSS1130 is the delivered PL that has access to Enter Time, so I tried adding it to a test user as well through the delivered role TL Employee Time Fluid.
