E-FLUID: PIA Getting Logged Out When Clicking On Submit Button On Manager Self Service Transaction (Doc ID 2546749.1)

Symptoms

Issue Statement:

PIA getting crashed after clicking on the submit button. This has been observed in 8.57.06 patch.

Replication Steps:
--------------------------
1. Login as a manager
2. Click 'My Team' tile
3. Choose an employee and go to Job/Personal Information and click on 'Request reporting change' action
4. Enter the new manager details and click the Next button
5. On the confirmation page, click the Submit button.
6. It is kicking out and expire page is displayed.

Environment:

PT: 8.57.06
Application : HCM 9.2.30

Error on the browser:

Your peoplesoft connection has expired.

 

Below are the lines observed in the Application server logs and Process_state files.
