Symptoms
Actuals distribution (PSPPFUND) fails with error below in the log file after creating new earnings account mappings under "Setup HCM >> Product Related >> Commitment Accounting >> Fringe Costs >> Earnings Account Mapping Table".
ERROR:
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to: Setup HCM > Product Related > Commitment Accounting > Fringe Costs > Earnings Account Mapping Table
2. Add new earnings account mappings
3. Navigate to: Payroll for North America > Payroll Distribution > Commitment Accounting CAN > Distribute Actuals
- Run PSPPFUND.
4. View the log file to find the error

New Earnings account mappings were added.
