Symptoms

Issue:
Process CS_CNTRCT_WF fails with a PeopleCode error.


Error:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member SETID. (180,236)
CS_CNTRCT_WF.SPNDWKFL.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Step01.OnExecute PCPC:608 Statement:11
Process 1698122 ABENDED at Step CS_CNTRCT_WF.SPNDWKFL.Step01 (PeopleCode) -- RC=8


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Contract Alert Workflow.
2. Enter Run Control ID, then click Search.
3. In the Processing Parameters section, tick the following checkbox:
   - Date/Amount Workflow
   - Draft Auto/Approval
   - Spend Threshold Workflow
4. In the Spend Threshold Criteria, select the following Radio Button.
   - All Contracts
5. Save. Then click Run.
6. Tick the Contract Workflow Notification process, then click OK.
7. Go to Process Monitor. Process will run to No Success.
