PO_AUTO_SRC Abended at Step PO_REQINSIS9000.Step09 (Doc ID 2547357.1)

Symptoms

When running concurrent instances of PO_AUTO_SRC getting the following error: 

"File : /vob/peopletools/src/psappeng/aedebug.hSQL error Stmt #: 1708 Error Position: 22 Return: 54 - ORA-00054: Resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired Failed SQL stmt: TRUNCATE TABLE SYSADM.PS_PO_IBU_QTY_TMP2. Process abended at Step PO_REQINSIS9000.Step09 (SQL)- RC = 54. "


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create a three different requisitions
  2.  Sign in with three different users
  3.  Run 3 concurrent instances of PO_AUTO_SRC
