EPY: Fluid Direct Deposit - Multiple Entries During Same Day Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2547379.1)

Symptoms

Fluid Direct Deposit - Multiple entries during same day not working as expected after applying PUM 27

We are testing Fluid Direct Deposit feature in PUM 27 Upgrade.

Per oracle Document ID 2468715.1, Fluid Direct Deposit no longer has restriction for users to perform Multiple account changes in Same day. This seems to be not working. It is indicating the following:

You are not allowed to add any direct deposit entries today. You will be able to add direct deposit data tomorrow.

You should be able to due multiple transactions on direct deposit in one day.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service has two bank accounts (dollar amount to savings and a balance to the checking account)
2. Request Direct Deposit shows both accounts as active
3. Deleting both accounts via Employee Self Service
4. Verify that the Request Direct Deposit page shows the accounts as "Inactive"
5. Go back to Employee Self Service for direct deposit and the following message displays:

You are not allowed to add any direct deposit entries today. You will be able to add direct deposit data tomorrow.
