The Filter for Action Reasons for Guided Self Service Salary Change Transaction HR_SALARY_CHANGE Does Not Work (Doc ID 2547643.1)

When configuring the HR_SALARY_CHANGE GSS transaction to filter the Action Reason to only a few reasons, the user still sees all of the reasons displayed.
HR_SALARY_CHANGE GSS transaction should filter action reasons based on Transaction Configuration

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Navigation: Setup HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction Configuration
2.) Click the Correct History button.
3.) Select the HR_SALARY_CHANGE transaction
4.) Click the Questionnaire tab.
5.) Click the Actions Tab.
6.) Click the Action Reasons link.
7.) Uncheck the Display checkbox on all Action Reasons except a few.
8.) Save the Changes to the transaction.
9.) Login as a manager.
10.) On the Manager Self Service homepage click the Update Team Information tile.
11.) Select Request Ad Hoc Salary Change.
12.) Select an employee.
13.) Click the drop down menu on the Reason field.
14.) Notice all the Reasons are still being displayed.
15.) This same behavior occurs when adding an effective dated row to the transaction, instead of correcting the original 1/1/1900 row.
