E-Portal: Interaction HUB Web Servers Are Sending Single Sign SSO Tester Messages For Nodes That Use Supplier Portal (Doc ID 2547998.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SSO tester is affecting external SUPPLIER Portal by sending unnecessary messages to all nodes in network when a user login to Supplier site.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unified Navigation uses the default EMPLOYEE Portal and SSO tester should not affect other Portal access.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable SUPPLIER Portal and access content from Interaction HUB
2. From Interaction HUB, vendor login send a request to all content providers 
3. Vendors do not have access to other content other then what has been granted in SUPPLIER portal.

4. This error is seen on the web servers when a vendor access Supplier Portal from Interaction HUB.

"OAMRequestContext_servername.domainname.xxx:port_12345d" is a reserved token"
