Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, PeopleSoft Enterprise CC Common Application Objects - Discussion Services

Tile Discussions won't display the items count. It shows an error message instead: "An Error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing."



Trace File reports:



Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login and select the Employee Self Service Homepage, if not already there.
2. Check Tile Discussions.
3. Rather than the items count, It shows error message: "An Error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing."
