Symptoms
A customer on PeopleTools 8.56.12 was reporting users being kicked out of the application after searching suppliers and then filtering results by Address. Data issue -- a document without last updated datetime has been updated in ElasticSearch.
This was occurring in Main Menu -> Suppliers -> Supplier Information -> Add/Update --> Supplier. The user would enter a the keyword search criteria and click "Search". When the results were returned, they attempted to filter the results by Address. The user was then kicked-out of the application after about 3-5 seconds with the following message:
