Symptoms

Using PT 8.56 version, PIA Core Technology- User getting STR_PCMINVPORTAL: Invalid portal name EMPLOYEE in request:

A User that works in multiple Environments (ie - FSCM and HCM) is getting the following an error (mentioned in full below) when attempting to connect to the other Environment where SSO has not been setup.  It has been noted that by clearing the Browser cache the issue subsides momentarily.

STR_PCMINVPORTAL: Invalid portal name EMPLOYEE in request.
Portal not defined. Unable to process request with an invalid portal.
