HR: EEO-1 Report Does Not Include Employees Terminated Within Report Run Date Range. (Doc ID 2549994.1)

Symptoms

1. Login as an Administrator 
2. Navigate to : Workforce Monitoring > Meet Regulatory Rqmts > EEO Reports > EEO-1 Employer Info 
Run the report with the the following Parmeters 
Start Date : 04/01/2019 
End Date  : 04/14/2019 
EEO Report Run Type: Informational Report Run 
Check Single Establishment for KU001 
3. The report shows a total of 93 employees counted. 
4. Run a Sql which will give the employees that show up on the report. Choose any employee from the list for termination. (eg: KU0075) 
5. Terminate the employee by inserting a new row with an effective date that would be between date range of 4/1/2019 and 4/14/2019.  Choose 4/7/2019 and Save. 
6. Rerun the EEO-1 report for the same above parameters. 
7. Notice the total count of employees is now 92.  It is one less that the report ran at the beginning.
