Symptoms

Users can be working on various pages in PeopleSoft, and when they press the "Enter", click the "Save" push button, etc., the "Loading Page" icon just spins and doesn't stop. This happens randomly and isn't specific to any page or user.

Error seen in the <PIA_HOME>/webserv/<DOMAIN-NAME>/servers/PIA/logs/PIA_servlets#.log.#:
