ELM 9.2 - LM_MGRVWAE Process Reset LM_MANAGER_ID To Zeros (Doc ID 2550099.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ELM LM_MGRVWAE process reset LM_MANAGER_ID to zeros

While working on an upgrade project, the upgrade environment is showing LM_MANAGER_ID = 0 on some of the tables (ie. PS_LM_PERSON_ATTRB, PS_LM_PERSON_JOB) after we ran the Setup ELM>Load Manager Data (LM_MGRVWAE) process. Due to this, manager's Team Members do not show the team members, as well as from the Internal Learner, the team members HR/Job Data tab do not show the Manager name.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

process should not reset manager ID to 0.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review Internal Learner HR/JOB Data page and note Manager ID = valid value
2. Run LM_MGRVWAE process
3. Review Internal Learner HR/JOB Data page and note Manager ID = 0


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with upgrade.
