While installing a PeopleSoft full-tier environment using the DPK deployment method, the following errors occur:

Error running the Puppet Apply log after fixing the "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available" error above:

"ORA-04031: unable to allocate 272 bytes of shared memory"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run psft-dpk-setup.bat to install a full-tier environment using the PUM Image DPK files.

2. Error occurs on PeopleSoft Database setup step: "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available"

3. Resolve the "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available" error (Doc ID 2127715.2)

4. When running the Puppet Apply to re-start the DPK setup, the "ORA-04031: unable to allocate 272 bytes of shared memory" error occurs.
