ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Receipt cancellation does not dispose asset


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Receipt cancellation dispose asset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Po and receipt
2. Interface to asset.
3. Cancel receipt


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel receipt
