ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Full DirectTransfer=N succeeds but DirectTransfer=Y fails with Elasticsearch

Elasticsearch is set to use DirectTransfer mode and it fails when running PTSF_GENFEED, but will succeed when not using DirectTransfer mode.

From the prcs machine directly to the elasticsearch server over port 9200 shows good connection.
