Symptoms
When using the Spreadsheet upload to retire assets, error occurs when the Retirement Date is outside of the open periods.
Getting error "The retirement date XX/XX/20XX is not open."
REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Fill out the Retirement Spreadsheet
2. Use a transaction date earlier than the open period
3. Use an accounting date in the open period
