Workcenter Activity Guide Not Displaying Fully When Return From EPerformance Overview Page

Symptoms
When returning out of the Overview functionality in the Performance Request, the Steps and Tasks left side panel shifts further left off the screen.
Steps and Tasks left side panel should display properly when returning from overview page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service > Team Performance tile
2. Select an employee document
3. Click on Overview hyperlink in the left side panel
4. The Overview page opens
5. Click “Return” in the overview page
6. The Steps and Tasks side panel shifts to the left, off the screen.
