ETL9.2: TA Status is not Updated for Future Date Row in Time Reporter Data

Symptoms
The TA_STATUS on PS_TL_TR_STATUS is not being updated correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Employee is Hourly Part time effective 01/01/2019
2.Workgroup - Positive Time Reporting
3.Report time on 02/14/19
4.Run Time Admin then ECD is 03/10/2019 and TA Status is set to 'N' as there is no future dated reported time
5.Employee is made as Hourly Full time with an effective date of 04/01/2019 (New Row inserted in Job Data and Time Reporter Data)
6.Workgroup - Exception Time Reporting
7.After adding new row the ECD is set to 04/01/2019 and TA Status is set to 'Y'
8.Now Report time on 02/25/19
9.Run Time Admin
10.Time Reporter Status - 03/10/2019 and TA Status is set to 'N'
Effective from 04/01/2019 onwards, the time comes from Schedule data.As TA_STATUS was set to 'N' this employee will not be processed by Time Admin.
