E-Portal:When Searching For A Workcenter In Elastic Search Receive Error Invalid URL - No ContentID Found (Doc ID 2551968.1)

Symptoms

Global search is appending the URL with ?cmd=uninav and is giving error when click the URL for the workcenter page.

Where as it is working fine when search using PeopleTools > Search Framework > Utilities > Search Test Page

REPLICATION STEPS

Steps:
Unhide Schedule Deviation from structure and content> Root > Time and Labor > Reports > Interactive Reports > Schedule Deviation
Run the search index for PTPORTALREGISTRY

To Test:
Click Home, then do a global search for `Schedule Deviation 
Click on the search result link, get error:

Invalid URL - no ContentID found in URL.
