ETL9.2: Employees Having Payable Time Reversed When Default Schedules are OFF schedules with OFF Shifts of Zero hours (Doc ID 2552185.1)

Goal

An employee had their payable time reversed for a period of time but could not find a reason why the time was reversed, or why it was even processed through time admin again. When reran time admin on the employee again the reversals were undone and the employees time was correct again.

REPLICATION STEPS
---------------------------------

- Employee in Paygroup P1, Workgroup W1, is on Schedule S1, and Job effective date is D1
o Employee has reported time, payable time, and payroll data for this period
o Schedule S1 is effective dated D1 and is a default OFF schedule
o Workgroup W1 is a positive time reporter workgroup

- Employee changes Paygroups to P2, Workgroup W2, changes to Schedule S2, and Job effective date is D2
o Employee has reported time, payable time, and payroll data for this period
o Schedule S2 is effective dated for the same date as the Job effective date D2
o Schedule S2 should be a Elapsed 6 hour shift
o Workgroup W2 is not a positive time reporter workgroup

- Employee changes Paygroups to P1, Workgroup W1, schedule to S1, and Job effective date is D3
o Employee has no reported time, no payable time, and no payroll data for this period
o Schedule S1 is effective dated to match Job D3
