Symptoms
On : 9.2 PUM 20 plus fix for 28709659 version,Preload
Invoice in combo edit error due to deferred line entry getting fund and dept inherited from revenue line.

Invoice in combo edit error due to deferred line entry.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup inheritance option for department and as always inherit.
2. Setup combo edit rule for account , fund and department.
3. Enter a bill with revenue distribution with correct chartfields.
4. Under distribution deferred line just populate journal line reference. Message will pop up that enter account if you want to populate journal reference. Fix is working.
5. delete journal reference only rather clicking "-" sign to delete the line.
5. Save and run single action job, preload will fail. Deferred line is created with inherited chartfield for fund and dept and account is blank, now there is no way to delete that line.
