EBI 9.2: BI Fluid WorkCenter Row Fetch Not Limited When Compared To AR Fluid WorkCenter (Doc ID 2552498.1)

On : 9.2 PUM 27 version, The Fluid BI Workcenter

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Fluid BI WorkCenter My Work links are not restricting the number of rows returned in the grids which is causing significant performance issues in a handful of particular links. One instance is the BI WorkCenter's Invoices Not Finalized. In our test environment we return around 1,600 rows in the count. It takes somewhere between 3 to 4 minutes for this one link to load the page when clicked.

In comparison, the AR Fluid WorkCenter appears to contain code to restrict the total row count returned to just the first 300 results, even if the My Work link's count contains more than 300 results. There does not seem to be the same performance issue in the AR WorkCenter when compared to the BI Fluid WorkCenters.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fluid BI workcenter and click Invoices Not Finalized link, please make sure you have non finalized bill data more than 1000 bills.

Due to this issue, users cannot work efficiently as the time taken to load data is not too much.
