EMM: Sorting Gets Reset Once The Save Button Is Clicked On Labor Workbench (Doc ID 2552640.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Labor Assignment Workbench component does not retain the personalized sort order in the Availability grid when the Save button is selected or any action that updates the displayed grid values is performed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Labor Assignment Workbench component will retain the personalized sort order in the Availability grid when the Save button is selected or any action that updates the displayed grid values is performed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Maintenance Management > Workbenches > Labor Assignment Workbench
2. Click on the Search Button, for the search field options.
3. Enter the following search field values. Click Search.
4. Click on the Employee Name field, so that the Availability Grid gets sorted based on the name.
5. Choose a Work Order ID form the Workbench Grid.
6. After the work order id is checked click on the employee to assign it to. The chosen employee id will show in the Employee ID field.
7. Click Save. As soon as the page is saved the Employee Name gets re-sorted.
8. ISSUE: The sorting gets reset once the Save button is clicked.

Due to this issue, users cannot set up a sort order that will be retained across sessions.
