Date Issued is not Defaulted if Add New Credit Card on Cardholder Profile Page
(Doc ID 2552922.1)
Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2019
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When you add the first Credit Card on the Cardholder Profile page, the Date issued field defaults to the current date. When you add another row, the date issued field doesn’t default in, although the PeopleCode makes it look like it is supposed to. Is it supposed to default in when there is more than 1 row, but not for more. This is confusing for users that forget to add a value to the Date Issued Field.
STEPS
-----------------------
- Purchasing>Procurement Cards>Definitions>Cardholder Profile
- Press + icon
Data Issued is not defaulted - example
Add Business unit = US001
Card Issuer = VISA
Card Number = 1234566677
Expiry Date = 03/01/2021
Card Type = Visa
But the Date Issued is not defaulting in CC_CARD_DATA page, CC_CARD_DATA_EX.DT_ISSUED_TO_EMPL
