Symptoms

ISSUE:

SFS Operations received the following error message when loading the BID price for a secutiry----Assignment of "1000" to TRX_SEC_MKTVAL.EFFSEQ failed. (2,119) TR_MSG_PROCESSING.Subscription.SecurityMktValuesLoad.OnExecute Name:traverseMessage PCPC:2061 Statement:46---select * from PS_TRX_SEC_MKTVAL where security_id = '912828NT3'.
This particular security has a OFFSEQ of 999 already and hence the error. Other securities would have similar error as they reach the 999 number. The EFFSEQ field from table PS_TRX_SEC_MKTVAL is only limited for 999 and cannot take four digits. This resulted in batch failures multiple times, We had to manually reset the EFFSEQ each time and the re-run the process to load market rates.

ERROR:

Assigning "1000" to TRX_SEC_MKTVAL.EFFSEQ failed. (2,119)

STEPS:

1. Navigation - Deal Management/Process Deals/Security Market Value Import.
2. Run the TR_MSG_PROCESSING
