Symptoms

Remote Call Test keeps failing in TEST environment.

On: PeopleTools: 8.55
Windows 2012 R2

The issue can be reproduced with running the Remote Call Cobol Test:

1. Go to PeopleTools > Utilities > Debug > PeopleTools Test Utilities,
2. Click Test button

Error message is:
Could not start child program c:\psft\sa92qat\CBLBINA\PTPNTEST REMOTEAY/MICROSFT/SA92QAT/PS/////0/people/%PSWD%/73329073-8c54-11e9-a84b-e5ee4d93e657 (2,-1) FUNCLIB_UTIL.RC_TEST_PB.FieldChange PCPC:2151 Statement:26
