Symptoms

No End Date is being entered on the Additional Pay record for a Wellness Credit plan when an employee’s termination Event is finalized by Benefits Administration.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Terminate an employee in Job (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
2. Process the employee’s event through Benefits Administration (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing or On-Demand Event Processing).
