Applies to:PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Payroll for North America - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
PYLOAD put in Separate check numbers and incremented them to 3 digits which caused Paychecks to not be viewed in Review Paycheck
There were no separate check numbers entered so they should have been 0 as was on the load
Customer loaded an off cycle payroll using PSHUP for well over 100 employees. Even though the Separate Check field has a 0 in it the system added Separate Check numbers and went to 3 digits. App Designer has SEPCHK as 2 digit field and since the program assigned it a 3 digit value, data does not display. The checks could not be viewed correctly in the Review Paycheck component. There were no separate check numbers entered so they should have been 0 as was on the load
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PSHUP_TXN with a large number of employees
2. use PYLOAD to load to paysheets
Due to this issue, users cannot view paychecks in Review paycheck
