JavaScript error when submitting Payroll Tax Withholding (Updatable PDF) Forms
They are in the process of upgrading from PUM21 to PUM29 and are implementing Fluid.
They would like to use these new updatable PDF forms for Payroll Tax Withholding, but many of our testers get a JavaScript error when submitting the forms.
They are getting this issue in theri Demo environment. Replication steps with screenshots will be included in an attachment.

ERROR

the JavaScript Debugger window appears with the message: "TypeError: this.getField(...) is null 242:Document-Level: addSubmitDataButton".
 When a user with Adobe Acrobat Pro gets the error (and so far everyone with Acrobat Pro who's tried has gotten the error), a Warning JavaScript Window pops up with the message "Cannot retrieve Submit button from a report template."
