Symptoms


A General Deduction which was added to the payline is not taken on the paycheck which is unexpected.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Paysheets created
2. Preliminary Pay Calc ran
3. General deduction entered (effective date is the pay period begin date)
4. Preliminary Pay Calc ran
5. Final Pay Calc ran
6. Pay Confirm
7. General Deduction not taken
