Symptoms

Customers on PeopleTools 8.56 or 8.57, Weblogic 12.2.1.3.0, and have an issue logging into the WebLogic Admin Server.

They are able to access the WebLogic Administration Console page; however, when entering the Username/Password the system user and clicking Login, it returns an error page showing the following:

A serious condition has been detected which prevents the proper operation of the WebLogic Administration Console. It's likely that this condition is the result of a configuration problem. See the log files for more information.

The customer noticed that this only occurred on two of their five servers, but all were built with the same DPK setup method using response files.

There were no errors reported when booting the web server and users were able to log into PIA and perform normal activities without any issues.
