When attempting a GSS transaction, and pressing the submit button the user is kicked out of the app
User goes to "My Team" tile an selections an action for a person (salary change) after entering the salary change and pressing the submit button the user is knocked out of the system.
This is happening after applying HCM 9.2 PUM 20-30 and upgrading Peopletools to 8.57.06 and linux redhat 7.
Pum environment on windows is working as expected.
A process_state.txt file is created with the below error
ERROR
PSAFFIRM(pPpr) failed at /vob/peopletools/src/psicsrv/servicebase.cpp line 5563. Processing will abort
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User goes to "My Team" tile an selections an action for a person (salary change) after entering the salary change and pressing the submit button the user is knocked out of the system.
This is happening after applying HCM 9.2 PUM 20-30 and upgrading Peopletools to 8.57.06 and linux redhat 7.
The issue is replicated in-house on the same release.
